The Role will Include
- Positive contribution to Meeting & Events sales Team , work well within the team
- Dealing with initial enquiries and sending out quotations.
- Dealing with the daily amendments.
- Drawing up and dispatching of contracts for business.
- Up-dating and maintaining of client files –in accordance with Hotel Standards.
- Co-ordinating meetings with clients for final details.
- Follow through of own bookings – enquiry to completion stage.
- Chasing all decision dates and updating activity report.
- Endeavouring to meet the budgets in all relevant areas.
- Maximise revenue in relation to the average customer spend– upselling on menus.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
