What you can do for Fixify
- Own the offer process -- draft letters, prep documentation, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate onboarding tasks and make sure new hires hit the ground running on day one
- Keep our HRIS and payroll systems up-to-date and accurate
- Track and manage key employee data -- probation dates, contract end dates, background checks, etc
- Partner with the Employee Experience Director on process improvements as they come up
- Be the calm, reliable person people go to when things feel messy
What you should bring with you
- Experience in an HR, Employee Experience Ops, or recruitment coordination role
- Strong attention to detail -- nothing escapes you
- Comfort working with sensitive information and handling it with care
- Solid organisation and communication skills -- written, verbal, and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the finish line
- Familiarity with HR tools (e.g. Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar) is a bonus
