As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to take a full-time role as an executive assistant/front of house/receptionist in our vibrant, growing office in Sandyford Village.
Keane Thompson Ltd are an established and busy estate agency specialising in residential and commercial sales and lettings operating in South Dublin.
Job Requirements:
Handling telephone and email enquiries, meeting and greeting clients.
Scheduling meetings, appointments, viewings etc.
Assisting our agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and marketing materials.
Updating websites, social media, window and brochure displays.
Must have the ability to work to a deadline, have strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage a high workload, multitask and prioritise work.
Filing, photocopying and other ad hoc duties when required and maintaining office supplies.
Maintaining and organising important documents, contracts, and client records.
A keen interest in residential sales and lettings.
Full driver’s license and car essential.
