Experienced Breakdown Tyre Fitter
Job Summary:
KBT (Kevin Burke Tyres) is seeking a reliable and experienced Breakdown Tyre Fitter to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our busy and well-established operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and replacing commercial tyres, both at our depot and during roadside callouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to roadside breakdowns and carrying out tyre replacements and servicing
- Supporting operations within the depot during quieter periods
- Working safely and in line with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tyre fitting, particularly with commercial vehicles, is essential
- Full, clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across different locations as needed
- Immediate availability preferred
