Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the electrical team to integrate solar panel systems seamlessly into existing structures.
- Conduct roof assessments and recommend any necessary modifications for optimal solar panel installation.
- Work with project managers to ensure timelines and project goals are met.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all installations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Roofer, with a focus on solar panel installation.
- Own tools required.
- Knowledge of roofing structures and materials.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to solar panel installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Carpenter/Roofer trade certification.
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is highly desirable.
