About the Role:
As a key member of our construction crew, you'll be involved in various aspects of residential construction. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and has a strong understanding of general building practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer on residential sites.
- Valid Safe Pass certification (essential for all construction site work in Ireland).
- Valid Manual Handling certification.
- Own transport is essential due to the nature and location of our projects.
- Excellent general knowledge of residential construction work, including but not limited to: site preparation, demolition, material handling, groundwork, assisting tradespeople (carpenters, blocklayers, plasterers), and general site upkeep.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to site safety and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
