Experienced Florist – All Seasons Flowers (Lucan, Dublin)
At All Seasons Flowers, every bouquet tells a story. We are seeking a talented, dedicated and experienced florist to join our vibrant team and help us create beautiful, memorable floral designs for our customers.
This is a hands-on, creative role in a beautiful but busy environment. You’ll bring your artistry and technical skill to every arrangement, while working closely with our retail and events team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, especially during peak floral periods.
About the Role
As an Experienced Florist, you will:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and daily orders.
- Translate customer needs into beautiful, personalised floral designs.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Share your skills and knowledge with junior florists and sales assistants, helping to grow the team’s expertise.
- Keep up to date with floral trends and techniques, introducing fresh ideas into our designs.
- Work closely with our shop and studio teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and seasonal displays.

Key Responsibilities
- Create beautiful, on-brand floral arrangements to agreed specifications.
- Meet daily order deadlines and event schedules.
- Maintain flower conditioning, rotation, and waste management standards.
- Support and guide junior florists and sales assistants, offering real-time feedback and mentoring.
- Engage warmly with customers, offering expert advice and design recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail/wedding floristry, with a strong portfolio of work.
- High-level skill in wedding and event flowers.
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques.
- A creative eye and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills, able to work well under pressure.
- Confident customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of floristry (lifting, moving buckets, working on your feet).
- Ability to use technology for order management and communication.
Hours & Commitment
- Full-time role across 5 days per week (within our 7-day trading week).
- Flexibility is essential during peak floral periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Occasional early starts or evening shifts, particularly during busy event periods.
