As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process — from initial inquiry to vehicle handover. You will provide expert advice, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and play a key role in driving sales performance across our Škoda and KIA brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Demonstrate product features and arrange test drives
- Conduct accurate appraisals for all part exchange vehicles.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and finance proposals
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up post-sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and brand developments
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines for both New and Used vehicle sales.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive record-keeping of customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant data.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
- Full, clean driving licence required
