Role: Timber Frame Fabrication Operators
Location: Longford
Rate: €13.50 per plus premium shift allowance.
Week 1 - 6.45am to 3pm (10% Shift premium applies)
Week 2 - 3pm - 11.15pm (20% Shift premium applies)
Total average over two weeks period is 15 % premium on basic €13.50 per hour =€15.52
DTE Manufacturing, part of the Glennon Brothers group, based in Longford, is one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers of timber frame homes and roof structures. Our Clients range from private individuals to the most prestigious national building and construction companies.
Due to our continued growth, we a looking for fabrication timber frame operators to join manufacturing team in our Longford. In this role you will pre-cut timber and assemble into various panels, gables, and trusses.
- Experience of woodworking is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with nail guns and various other woodworking equipment would be desirable
- Full training will be provided
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Good command of the English language is essential
Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week, across a 2-cycle shift pattern.
- Be willing to work 2 cycle rotating shift pattern: Day 6.45am to 3.15pm & Evenings 3pm to 11.15pm
Duties:
These are physical roles in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidates will have the ability to learn, follow instruction and pick things up quickly. A good health and safety knowledge would be advantages.
