We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Beef enterprise. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can manage staff, stock and pasture to ensure optimal productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing nutritional programs for Finishing cattle.
- Calf rearing and care of young stock.
- Ensuring Herd Health
- Record keeping in relation to animal health & Farm performance.
- Managing Grassland
- Maintaining Facilities.
- Working and Maintaining Farm Machinery.
- Coordinating farm activities with owners & team to ensure operation runs smoothly.
