The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Farm & Production Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of eucalyptus farming, with a particular focus on operations in our production facility and main warehouse.
This role would suit someone with a background in farming, particularly in orchards, horticulture, or similar crop production.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day farm work including planting, pruning, crop maintenance, and harvesting eucalyptus.
- Spraying, crop care, and pest management in line with safety and environmental standards.
- Operating farm machinery and equipment as required.
- Assisting in the production facility and warehouse, including grading, packing, and preparing foliage for dispatch.
- General farm and facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous farming experience essential – ideally orchard, horticulture, or crop farming.
- Experience with spraying and farm machinery.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work both indoors (production facility) and outdoors (farm).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Flexibility to adapt to seasonal workload demands.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
