Job description
We are a well-established, friendly community pharmacy with a passion for good customer service and we are looking for an experienced pharmacy technician to join our team. Candidates MUST have one year Community Pharmacy experience.
The responsibilities of the role
- Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
- Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements.
- Preparation of blister packs.
- Sending end of month PCRS claims and processing any reclaims.
- Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist.
- Providing a high level of customer and patient care.
- Providing excellent customer advice through product knowledge

- Building a strong working relationship with all team members in the pharmacy.
Must Have
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to work late nights and some weekends.
- Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage.
- IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies an advantage.
