Fast-Food Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food department at the weekends, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and presentation.
This is a weekend role and might suit someone looking for part-time and/or weekend hours around college or personal commitments.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
Ordering and stock management.
Inducting and on-boarding of new team members
Supervise the activities of the team on a daily and on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.
Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations.
Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

About you
Previous experience in the fast food/deli/kitchen department would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP is required.
Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills.
Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
Professional & polite manner is essential.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
