About Us
The Salty Dog is a busy seaside restaurant, bar, and guesthouse in the heart of Ballycotton. We are known for fresh seafood, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role, covering both the restaurant and bar. You will lead shifts, support the team, and ensure high standards of service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff during service
- Train and mentor team members
- Oversee both restaurant and bar operations
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash and end-of-day procedures
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ restaurant and bar experience, including supervisory duties
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Own transport is required (limited public transport to Ballycotton)
