We’re now expanding our leadership team and looking for a Field Sales Manager to join us in driving our next phase of growth.
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of field sales representatives who promote and sell our clients’ products and services directly to customers. You will play an active role in both selling and managing, ensuring your team meets targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong balance of sales ability, team development, organisation, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Performance
- Work alongside your team in the field, engaging directly with customers to drive personal sales
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (personal and team)
- Analyse sales data and report on individual and team performance
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client's brand, services, and customer journey
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and onboard new field sales representatives
- Coach and mentor reps through one-to-one training, regular feedback, and development planning
- Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven team culture
- Address performance issues promptly and professionally, with a focus on improvement and accountability
Operations & Strategy
- Plan team routes and field logistics to maximise territory coverage
- Ensure all compliance, quality, and brand standards are met during customer interactions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement new strategies and processes
- Attend internal management meetings and contribute to business growth and expansion discussions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (field sales, direct sales, or B2C highly preferred)
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive, resilient, and self-motivated with a passion for helping others succeed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- A team player who leads by example
- Full driving licence preferred, but not essential
