DESCRIPTION
CruinnCal, a division of Cruinn Diagnostics Ltd., is one of Irelands leading ISO17025 INAB Accredited Calibration and Testing service providers to pharmaceutical, clinical, research and industrial markets.
Due to continued expansion there is an opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Engineer.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to perform calibration, testing and repairs on laboratory equipment such as biological safety cabinets, fumehoods, autoclaves, temperature controlled enclosures, analytical balances, environmental monitoring systems, themometry, centrifuges and cleanroom environments. The role is nationwide but requires the successful candidate to operate out of our calibration offices located in Parkwest Dublin 12.
As can be seen from the variety of equipment covered the work is varied and dynamic so this role will suit candidates that like to experience different challenges on a regular basis.
This is also a customer facing role which will bring the candidate into contact with a variety of customers across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will join an established team which will offer support and guidance as they settle into the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring conformance to our ISO accredited procedures.
· Liaising with departmental manager, the customer service team, and the customer to ensure that work is carried out as per agreed schedules and requirements.
· The production of calibration and testing certificates and all associated administration work.
· Fault diagnosis and resolution, commissioning, and preventative maintenance services.
· Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
· Third level qualification (certificate or higher) in an engineering related discipline.
· Experience in the testing of BSCs and Fumehoods, temperature mapping or autoclave maintenance would be highly advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem solving skills
· Excellent teamwork skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
· A full driving licence
· Age 23 or older
· Ability to lift 20kg weight.
