We are also the leaders in political opinion polling in Ireland.

We are now looking to expand to meet our growing business and are particularly looking for a Field Supervisor in our Milltown office.

The role:

We are looking to hire a Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in computer skills such as excel, word, PowerPoint. Your primary responsibility will be allocating projects to the F2F interviewing team, monitoring each project’s progress, liaising with the interviewing team during fieldwork and ensuring it is completed both on time and to the highest quality standards as well as organising quality control checks.

In this role you will be required to check and process invoices for the interviewers’ work and also to work on qualitative projects that are handled by the Field department. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are core requirements for this role. A pleasant and engaging telephone manner is essential to develop relationships with our excellent team of interviewers, and to work with them to complete interviewing to often tight deadlines. The role is suited to someone who is extremely organised and has the ability to juggle several projects at once and can effectively prioritize workload to meet the ever changing business needs.

Specifically, the position will include the following tasks:

· Allocating, monitoring and following up on projects

· Checking survey scripts on the various platforms we use – Askia, Ifield and Forsta

· Sending projects for quality control and passing on the feedback to the interviewers

· Checking and processing of interviewer invoices

· Working with the research and data collection departments to understand the requirements for each project

· Giving feedback to the research team on how a project is progressing as well as after the project is completed

About you:

A post Leaving Certificate qualification is preferred but not required.

· Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

· Ability to work on own initiative, manage priorities

· Work well under pressure to meet deadlines

· Thrive in a team environment, and enjoy contributing ideas and sharing knowledge

· Strong communication skills

· Displays a flexible, can-do attitude

· A problem solver approach to challenges

· Fluent in English
