Due to continued growth, Fastway is seeking a positive individual to join ourteam in Greenogue as a Finance Administrator.
The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in an administration role, excellent Microsoft Office skills - including Excel, and Outlook, and strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills
The Finance Administrator will be required to work in a busy team environment and should have the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential as well as the ability to work on their own initiative
Responsibilities:
- Label Application System
- Setting up new customers
- Invoicing
- Batching/Commission Queries
- Communicating with customers via email
- Assist other areas of the finance department as and when required
- Various ad hoc duties
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Finance experience would be a plus
- Excellent computer skills including MS outlook, Excel, etc
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Salary:
- €32,000 per annum
