  • Forecast financial needs and changes throughout the year, providing justification and tracking adjustments for current and future planning cycles.

  • Support month-end financial reporting, including variance analysis of actuals versus forecast.

  • Integrate new projects and initiatives into financial plans.

  • Implement and maintain standardised financial processes within the Quality teams.

  • Track headcount against AOP and LRP targets.

  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Provide clear and timely financial reporting and analysis to support operational decision-making.

  • Author and review financial documentation including SOPs, protocols, and reports.

  • Generate reports offering insight into budget usage, financial forecasts, and future planning.

  • Draft scopes of work for external vendors, defining deliverables and expectations in line with vendor sourcing processes and internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Finance, Accounting, Science, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial management, preferably in a regulated or technical environment.

  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of financial and regulatory processes.

  • High level of financial acumen and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, team-based environments.

  • Proficiency with financial tools and systems, including Ariba.
