We are seeking a Fish Filleter to join our team. We are a leading fish wholesaler company based in Union Hall, Co Cork.
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that our high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hourly pay and overtime pay.

Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience working with fish or meat is an advantage but full training will be provided
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Able to use cutting tools.
- Must have knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Ability to work in a team.
Pay: Depending on Experience

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep a clean and safe work area.
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
- Fillet, package, and price seafood items for sale
