Due to internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking for a new challenge to be part of our central Fleet Team in Dublin
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the updating of the asset register, ensuring precise and current records to facilitate efficient administration.Manage insurance claims ensuring a fair and efficient process for both the customer and the company.
- Assess claims, communicating with all parties involved, and facilitating settlements in adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Ensure all asset management practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate and up-to-date asset records and related documentation.
- Work with the operations and finance function within the business to assess asset performance.
- Assist in reviewing the fleet and informing the business on how best to achieve higher levels of return.
- Audit work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience of asset management principles
- Claims handling experience (Desirable)
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and power BI
- Good understanding plant/vehicles (Desirable)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
