Seeking a dedicated Floor Assistant Manager to join our small, dynamic and busy restaurant.
This role requires an organized and motivated individual, with exceptional leadership qualities, particularly in guiding and supporting a young and enthusiastic team.
The candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure the highest standard of customer service and maintain a welcoming and professional environment for our guests.
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality and ability to work under pressure are essential.
