As a member of our floor staff, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a friendly, efficient, and welcoming experience, whether dining in or ordering takeaway. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting smooth daily operations, and creating a clean, enjoyable environment for our customers.
Shifts & Hours The restaurant opens at 5:00 PM. Floor staff shifts begin at 4:45 PM to allow time for setup. We close at 9:00 PM, but staff are expected to stay until after cleaning and preparing for the next day is complete. This may mean leaving slightly after 9:00 PM. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
