Home Building Solutions are seeking skilled and experience carpenter/joiner wall/floor tiler for internal and external work ideal candidate will be confident working independently or as part of a team on residential and/or commercial projects. Attention to detail, precision, and a solid understanding of construction practices are essential. Working 39 hours per week, based in Navan Meath, also working in surround areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan layout and prepare surfaces
- Accurately measure, cut, and fix tiles
- Grout, finish, and clean installs
- Perform waterproofing applications when required
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and onsite teams
- Keep accurate material usage and job documentation
Skills & Requirements:
- Manual precision and technical know-how
- Basic math and planning skills
- Health and safety awareness (e.g., PPE, risk assessments)
- Relevant tile installation training or apprenticeship credentials
- Driving license (optional but helpful)
Environment & Conditions:
- Physically active work; bending and lifting common
- Occasional travel between sites; possible overtime
- Exposure to dust, noise, confined spaces
