Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, be fluent in English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and provide excellent service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist in general cleaning duties, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Handle cash and card payments, process transactions, and provide receipts.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
