We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Clybaun Hotel.
Objective of the Role:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Undertake general waiting & service duties of food & beverage.
· Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
· Manage all customer requests in a timely & efficient manner
· Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
· Attend training sessions.
· Follow cash handling procesures.
· Other duties as required.
Must be available to work a flexible roster across 7 days including weekdays, evenings & weekends
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a F&B Assistant essential.
· Previous experience working in a bar is desired but not essential.
· Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
· Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
