Hours: Flexible shifts available – morning shifts, straight shifts, evening shifts, midweek & weekends.
About the Role:
Hotel Killarney is currently seeking full-time and part-time Food & Beverage Assistants to join our friendly and dynamic team. We offer flexible shift patterns, including morning shifts, straight shifts, evening service, and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and serve breakfast and/or dinner in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, tidy, and ready for service
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders and process them accurately
- Clear tables and assist with reset for the next service
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
- Comfortable with early mornings and/or evening shifts
- Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional manner with guests and team members
- Available to work midweek and weekends
- A team player with a passion for hospitality
