We are seeking a passionate and professional Fine Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team.
Role Overview:
As a Fine Dining Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will provide attentive, professional, and personalised service, ensuring that every aspect of the dining journey reflects the standards of Lough Rynn Castle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service in line with fine dining standards.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the restaurant for service.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine, and pairings.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience through attention to detail and guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to uphold service excellence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a 4/5-star hotel preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
