What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day operations within the service department
- Coordinating service schedules and communicating with technicians
- Ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from drop-off to collection
- Handling customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
- Supporting service advisors and front-of-house staff as needed
- Monitoring job progress and keeping customers updated
- Learning best practices in Ford and Volvo departments
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in the motor industry and service operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- IT literate (Keyloop Knowledge beneficial but not essential)
- Previous experience in a service, retail, or customer-facing role is advantageous
