We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive freelance Social Media & Admin Assistant to support our growing wellness and lifestyle businesses.
This is a varied role combining social media content creation & management with business admin & outreach. You’ll help our brand shine online while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, short videos) across platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok.
- Capture weekly on-site content (photos & videos) during visits to our studio/workspace.
- Manage a posting schedule & maintain consistent brand voice and look across platforms.
- Research trends & suggest creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.
- Set up and manage a personal brand Instagram account for the business owner, collaborating on content ideas and execution.
- Track and report basic analytics to measure progress and suggest improvements.
Business Admin & Outreach
- Handle outreach emails to potential clients or business partners in a professional and personable manner.
- Organise and file digital assets & records to keep things running smoothly.
- Proactively spot areas where support is needed and step in to help.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is creative, with a good eye for aesthetics & strong social media skills (including photography & short-form video).
- Is experienced with Instagram & TikTok, and familiar with scheduling tools (like Later, Buffer, or similar).
- Works well independently — organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
- Has excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Is tech-savvy, able to use spreadsheets, simple design tools (e.g., Canva), and manage digital workflows.
- Can commit to one weekly on-site visit in Westmeath to create fresh content.
- Ideally has an interest in or understanding of wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands.

Role Details
- Approx. 15–20 hours/week, with flexibility on when hours are worked outside of the weekly on-site visit.
- Freelance / contractor position — you will invoice us for your time.
- Mostly remote, but must be based close enough to Westmeath to travel weekly.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €20.00-€30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
