Gourmet Pantry, an award-winning deli and catering company, is looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our vibrant Carrigaline store.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the front-of-house team with energy and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values
- Manage HR duties including rosters, training, and team performance
- Uphold and implement operational systems and standards
- Drive daily sales, customer engagement, and store presentation
- Work closely with our founder and managing director, Sabrina Levis Morley, to bring ideas to life and grow the business
About You:
- Hospitality-trained with proven leadership experience
- Passionate about food, people, and premium customer service
- Organised, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a focus on results and team development
