Dennehy's Health & Fitness Douglas are looking to expand their Front of House team.
The ideal candidate for the Front of House position will use their passion for customer care to book and process sales. The main duties require the ideal candidate to have customer service skills, manage all booking & communication channels within the club, and complete required administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding first impression and be a great representation of our Club
- Ensure potential and existing members receive the best possible experience and customer service
- Effectively handle class bookings, payments, complaints and queries and member feedback
- Answering phone calls, e-mails, arranging bookings and marketing via social media
- Opening/Closing of the facilities
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Highly efficient, customer service skills and sales experience
- A pleasant and polite manner
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience with money handling
- Interest in health and fitness preferred
- Candidates must be flexible. Available to work Mornings, Evenings until 11pm and weekends.
