Role Description
This is a full-time 30+ hours a week, on-site role for a Front of House team leader at The National Leprechaun Museum in Dublin. Responsible for providing great service, engaging visitors with opportunities for advancement to a management role.
As the Front of House Team Leader, you'll be responsible for retail and ticketing operations and interacting with visitors, so you'll need good people skills. This is a creative environment with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skills via formal and on-the-job training.
Rate of pay is €14.90 per hour, additional compensation for Sundays, holidays, and paid training.
Evening and weekend shifts will be required.
Previous experience in retail or venues is essential.

Qualifications
- Interpersonal and Communications skills
- Strong Customer Service
- An interest in Irish folklore and mythology
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
