Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Greet customers warmly and create a positive café experience
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the coffee station and seating area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with light food preparation as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café/hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Barista training or certification is a plus, but not essential
