Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have a current work permit for Ireland that is not for another employer.
This is a full time position and is not suitable for students.
Knowledge of the local area is important.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and directing calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised calendar for the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure records are up to date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with computerised systems and office software.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills with an understanding of general office procedures.
