Well Fed Meals Ltd delivers high quality, nutrient dense & protein rich prepped meals weekly, to homes & businesses across Ireland. We aim to provide the best subscription based meal prep service, with a strong emphasis on making sure our meals actually taste really, really good. We also have the Well Fed HQ where people can sit in and enjoy a meal or açai bowl, grab an iced coffee, and catch up with friends.
We are looking for a welcoming peoples person who loves all things health and wellness and also happens to be a barista! Barista experience is essential and all training on our coffee will also be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers - Greet people, take & prepare orders etc.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels & workstation cleanliness (coffee is messy!)
- Must have a friendly, can do personality.
- Work with team to provide a flawless and efficient service experience.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Ensure the vibes at the Well Fed HQ are immaculate!
- Make beautiful coffee :) (required lol!)
- Prepare food items for cafe
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role (Barista in a fast-moving cafe)
- A genuine passion for all things coffee.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player who values integrity and respect
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with customers and solve problems.
- Flexible to work bank holidays and weekends as required.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- A desire to progress and grow with us (REQUIRED)
