Comer Group Ireland is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner based in Dublin 3. This hands-on role offers great experience in the Residential Property Sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring all common areas including carpark are kept clean and well-maintained.
Handling cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, glass cleaning, waste disposal and litter picking.
Cleaning lifts, doors, windows, and furniture to a high standard.
Cleaning apartments to a high standard in preparation for move-ins.
Reporting maintenance issues and complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
Maintaining cleaning equipment, tools, and storerooms in an orderly manner.
Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and lost property protocols.
Assisting other departments when required to support business needs.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
