We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our waiting team for evening shifts, starting after 3:00 PM. The role offers variable shift patterns, making it ideal for someone with a flexible schedule.
To ensure consistency for our customers and team, we are specifically looking for someone not returning to school or college in September, as we require availability through August, September, and beyond.
We’re after someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Friendly and confident when engaging with customers
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Able to maintain high standards of service even during peak times
- Willing to learn and adapt to our style of service
Experience in waiting or bar work is a bonus but not essential - the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
A Good Waiter or Bar Person Will:
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
- Understand the importance of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Be attentive to guests’ needs and quick to respond to requests
- Have a good knowledge of the menu, drinks list, and daily specials
