Full Time hours.

Retail Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards
- Greet and assist customers while supporting team members in providing a premium experience
- Recommend products based on customer needs and current trends
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional, solution-focused manner
- Communicate daily sales targets and promotions to the team
- Actively monitor and keep track of daily and weekly sales targets, ensuring the team is motivated to meet and exceed goals
- Take payments, oversee transactions, and ensure all purchases are packaged with care
- Manage stock levels, replenish inventory, and create visually appealing displays
- Conduct daily walk-throughs and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised, and on-brand.
- Take regular inventory and support overall backend operations.
- Report back to the internal team with daily updates and weekly sales summaries, including insights on performance and targets.
- Support with staff scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Confident in managing people and driving performance through clear goals
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communicator, comfortable reporting to head office and aligning with internal KPIs
- Passionate about jewellery, styling, and fashion trends
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
