Sea Church is a unique coastal dining destination in East Cork, offering a relaxed yet refined atmosphere with breathtaking sea views. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team.
Position Available:
- Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous 5 years experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Own transport is essential due to our location in Ballycotton
