Joinery Worx is a family-run joinery restoration business, where tradition meets craftsmanship. With years of experience in creating bespoke wooden joinery solutions, restoring traditional sash windows and joinery, we are dedicated to providing top-quality and personalised service for our clients.
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team and assist our qualified carpenters on a range of residential and/or commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with skilled tradespeople in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting carpenters with daily tasks including setup and clean-up
- Loading/unloading materials and tools
- Site maintenance and general labour duties
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Some experience in construction or general labour preferred (but not essential)
- Good physical condition – able to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working attitude
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Own transport and full driver’s license
