Job Description:
O’Reilly Barleystone are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join their expanding team in the Barleystone Paving Factory.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of our Production team
- Carry out duties to meet agreed deadlines / as per instruction
- Work towards weekly production targets set by the Production Manager
- Operating machinery and equipment such as forklifts, or other tools required for the job (Full training will be provided).
- Cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment after use to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous and demonstrates relevant skills
- Possess a flexible attitude towards work, adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, promoting a positive work culture
