Position: General Operative
Reporting to: Production Supervisor/ Production Manager
Our customer a production facility in Kill, Co. Kildare are seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable general operative to join their team working on the production line.
To carry out all tasks and activities necessary to ensure the good and proper functioning of the production line; and to safely, accurately, and efficiently provide the best possible service.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all procedures are correctly adhered to.
- Assisting the production team with unloading the production line.
- Operating pedal operated strapping machine - full training will be given.
- Handling, movement and stacking of goods within the production area in a safe, efficient and controlled manner.
- Maintain a tidy facility.
- Ensure required PPE is worn at all times.
- Report all damages / accidents or near misses.
- Other relevant duties as required.
Experience Required:
- **All applicants must be entitled to work full time in Ireland.**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of working in a production environment - at least 1 year's experience working in a production facility required.
- Manual handling training (can be provided if not valid).
- Good understanding of English.

Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
