WE’RE HIRING – SUPERVISOR @ NICHE BURGER
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Niche Burger
Location: Tuam, Co. Galway
Hours: Thursday + Friday 3-10pm
Saturday + Sunday 2-10pm
Note: This role is not suitable for students – previous supervisory experience in a similar food and drink setting is essential.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Strong leadership skills – able to manage shifts and support a team
- Confident with customer service, delegation, and problem-solving
- High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and operational flow
- Comfortable working under pressure and keeping things running smoothly
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate the team during busy shifts
- Ensure all orders run smoothly from kitchen to table
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Be hands-on where needed – from service to supervising prep
- Greet customers and take them to their seat

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
