We are currently recruiting for a Global Reward Manager to join our Human Resources team. The role will have specific responsibility for a range of global reward projects and managing the delivery of all reward programmes in the UK. Regular travel to Ornua sites in the UK will be required. International travel may also be required on occasion.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely as part of the Group Reward team to influence the design and delivery of Group-led reward solutions and to plan and execute appropriate roll-out across Ornua’s global markets Lead the implementation of career levels across Ornua’s global markets Lead the implementation of reward strategies and reporting to comply with EU pay transparency legislation Design and implement best practice reward strategies Manage and deliver international reward projects Lead the annual salary review, salary budgeting and bonus planning process for the UK Review and approve payrolls across multiple locations Manage UK pension schemes Manage a small team Develop cost effective benefits solutions Select and manage a network of suppliers/partners to ensure delivery of consistent, effective and quality reward and benefits Inform and provide expert advice on market trends, innovations and benchmarking to business leaders Work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues to identify and shape HR and reward strategies, practices, procedures Support the Head of Reward on all aspects of compensation and reward activity globally Manage and maintain all aspects of reward data and deliver presentations and reports Manage all ad hoc reward requests and related internal projects as required Develop and manage effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regional and local customer groups, to ensure the reward team support the delivery of people and commercial objectives.
Experience: 5+ years reward experience including 1-2 years in reward management, in an international environment Managed a career-level roll out Knowledge of payroll in manufacturing environments Developing and successful delivery of strategic priorities and plans Pension scheme management, working closely with third party providers and pension trustees Managing a global/multi country annual salary review process Sourcing and negotiating supplier / partnership arrangements Leading and developing a team Working with cross-functional team System knowledge - Success Factors/Workday (big system) knowledge of compensation modules experience a huge advantage
