Dublin City GP is a busy, growing general practice based in Dublin 8. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-supported team.
Location is highly desirable, just adjacent to Camden Street, with on-site parking space provided.
About the Role
This is a full-time role (4 days/week, 40 hours) for a nurse with previous general practice experience, ideally with proven skills in Chronic Disease Management (CDM). You will work alongside our clinical and admin teams to provide high-quality care to a diverse urban patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chronic disease reviews (including asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular)
- Provide general nursing services: vaccinations, phlebotomy, wound care, cervical screening, BP checks
- Assist with women’s health clinics and health promotion initiatives
- Collaborate closely with GPs and admin team to ensure seamless patient care
- Stock Management and Ordering
Onsite observation and training available.
Qualifications:
Practice Nurse and Midwifery experience desirable
An Bord Altranais Registered with Active Pin
