What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be supporting contract and procurement activities from start to finish to ensure the best global purchase decisions that will meet our objectives. Coordinating activities and resources, and working with partners to execute contracts and ensuring IT, Regulatory and Global Compliance.

You’ll be the expert when it comes to all things related to procurement and global contract management for your projects, making sure that we get the best resources at the best price in the smoothest process possible. You recognize the importance of establishing positive relationships with external partners and suppliers through the contract lifecycle. You don’t shy away from conflict but engage with all parties to reach a positive outcome. You are at your best when working towards tight deadlines. Balancing multiple projects keeps you energized and focused.

• Resolving Error Center Errors.

• Resolving smart sheet tickets.

• Establishing budgets and managing exceptions and resolving contractual matters.

• Supporting project managers through all contracting matters.

• Ensuring compliance for all Global Clearance and Import /Export legal requirements.

• Facilitating work between sourcing, Legal, and other project partners.

• Being a team player.

• Looking for opportunities in process improvement.

• Working cross functionally with other teams within the organization as required.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with project management tools, global procurement, and/or contract Management.

• Analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and influence skills.

• Developed reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions.
