Toyota Naas has a new role for a Group Marketing Coordinator.
This full time role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to apply their marketing expertise and will suit a marketing executive with 3-5 years practical experience who is eager to showcase their marketing skills. The incumbent will be based equally on Toyota Naas and Monasterevin Motors sites.
We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual who can confidently represent the business at community-based events and across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and equally comfortable engaging with people in person or managing desk-based responsibilities. They should be a strong team player who can also take the lead on initiatives when needed.

Ideal Candidate
- Have a relevant 3rd level qualification.
- Have 3 to 5 years previous marketing experience, ideally in a busy motor dealership or fast paced business.
- Proactive and confident in representing the business at community-based events, take a proactive approach to initiatives, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including TikTok (minimum twice weekly). Involving all departments.
- Respond to all comments, reviews, and messages across social channels.
- Keep Google Business Profile up to date and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Regularly update and manage website content and vehicle listings (Done Deal, Cars Ireland, dealership site).
- Ensure all vehicles have up-to-date photos and videos.
- Design marketing materials including flyers, banners, and digital assets.
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on impressions, leads, clicks, engagement, and ROI.
- Read and analyse analytics data to propose actionable marketing strategies.
- Act as the face of the marketing team on social media and in local promotions.
CRM & Lead Management
- Ensure all leads are properly captured in the CRM system.
- Monitor daily lead volume and quality to meet business targets.
- Implement touchpoint strategies to keep customers engaged throughout the ownership journey (e.g., personalized anniversary messages, follow-up after service or sale).
Branding & Promotional Activities
- Coordinate branding for all dealership vehicles in advance (e.g., stickers, decals).
- Ensure dealership site is maintained to Toyota brand standards (flags, banners, signage, showroom).
- Organize on-site events such as open weekends and test drive experiences.
- Partner with local influencers, sports clubs, schools, and community groups to expand local reach and brand visibility.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Host bi-monthly meetings with all departments to align marketing strategies and ensure equal exposure.
- Create and promote regular service and parts offers, tracking performance for ROI.
Community Engagement & Local Promotion
- Represent the dealership at community events and station displays.
- Build partnerships with local organizations to increase community presence (schools, homes, local events etc).
- Use local knowledge to create regionally relevant marketing strategies.
Business Development & Budgeting
- Focus on achieving key marketing goals and supporting business growth (e.g., body repair business).
- Develop and manage the quarterly marketing budget.
- Conduct weekly reviews with management to assess performance and re-align goals.
