Role Overview:
We are seeking a Group Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. This is a rotational support role, working across all dealerships within the Group to provide holiday cover and additional support where needed. With full training provided, you will gain experience in multiple locations, working alongside our Aftersales teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
What You’ll Learn:
- Customer service essentials, including meet-and-greet and managing service bookings.
- Detailed knowledge of our vehicles and services.
- Best practices for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Updating customer information on our CRM system.
- Providing updates and discussing service options with customers.
