ONESONIC is a fast-growing, Irish audio brand bringing premium sound to a global audience. We’re scaling fast and need a commercially focused, creative, and digitally native Head of Marketing to take our strategy from paper to performance.
The Role
You’ll be the engine driving execution of our marketing strategy – turning plans into campaigns, campaigns into customers, and customers into revenue. Working closely with the CEO and Fractional CMO, you’ll manage our agency partners, oversee digital channels, and keep the marketing machine running at pace. This role is hands-on. You’ll blend strategic thinking with execution, making data-driven decisions while staying close to creative, content, and channel delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution – Implement the agreed marketing strategy with a focus on delivering revenue KPIs.
- Agency Management – Lead relationships with agencies across:
- Social media (organic + paid)
- Website (Shopify)
- CRM & email marketing
- PR (light touch; no deep comms expertise required)
- Campaign Delivery – Brief, coordinate, and optimise campaigns to ensure they land on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Content Oversight – Work with agencies and internal teams to create, adapt, and publish content across digital channels.
- Website & CRM – Own site updates, product content accuracy, and CRM workflows to drive conversion and retention.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, report on channel performance, and recommend data-led optimisations.
- Brand Guardian – Ensure all activity reflects our brand voice, aesthetic, and customer promise.
About You
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in consumer products or D2C e-commerce.
- Comfortable managing multiple agencies and keeping them aligned to commercial goals.
- Social media fluent – understands both creative and paid activation.
- CRM-savvy (Klaviyo or similar), with a good grasp of website management (Shopify experience a plus).
- Content-minded and creative, with strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven, commercially focused, and confident working to revenue targets.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 37.5hour week with core hours of 10am to 4:30pm.
